So I listened to Teenage Dream by Katy Perry, and I'm writing because I'm just so disappointed by it. The two songs that were released to the radio, California Girls and Teenage Dreams were good. They didn't have meaningful lyrics, but they were fun and catchy tunes. But the rest of the songs in the album really showcased Katy Perry's...suckiness. She's not a great singer, and none of the songs really had catchy tunes to mask that. Contrast to Lady Gaga's albums, where the non-released songs were maybe not as catchy, but really showcased her singing ability. They were pretty good songs.
